I hate to eat at the beach, it seems so unsanitary.  I'm not usually so prissy.  So I need something to sustain me while I get some much needed sunshine. 

Hummus makes me happy!

Long time, no blog!

Today I register for school.  At the tender (ha) age of 40 3/4 yrs.. I've decided what I want to be when I grow up!
